Lantern Festival Dragon Dance

Last weekend was the end of the Lantern Festival. To celebrate the apartment complex I live in had a traditional celebration. The program went on for over six hours, I just stayed for the first three acts...the dragon dance, Chinese children performing a play in English, and some musical instruments. It was really fun and a special treat. The show started with firecrackers and late night they lit off fireworks for 40 minutes. Here are some pictures of the dragon dance.
