We are officially moved into our new apartment and so thankful we decided to move out to Centro. While we absolutely adore the charm old Lisbon has to offer it wasn't practical for our family. We spend so much more time outside riding scooters, going on family walks, and exploring our new hood. I can't wait to make memories with the kiddos in our new apartment.
Living abroad we sometimes fall into a routine and forget about all the amazing places right in our backyard. We are trying to do more exploring and sightseeing on the weekends. Since we didn't get a spot at church this weekend (you have to sign up since numbers are limited and I dropped the ball on) we decided to spend the day in Sintra. It was gorgeous weather and we had fun checking out the Quinta da Regaleira.
Although we aren't in Central anymore we do make the occasional trip in for some of our favorite places. Our first weekend out of Centro we spent back in town doing some shopping and eating at one of our favorite restaurants, Fauna & Flora.
Elea is on a kick where she doesn't smile for pictures, but rather closes her eyes or holds back her smile.
